Q2 2024 Android Carpooling and Ridesharing App Trends in the US

Sensor Tower's latest data provides an overview of the performance of top carpooling and ridesharing apps on the Android platform in the US during the second quarter of 2024.

Bolt: Request a Ride saw a gradual increase in downloads, starting at 2.7K in the first week of April and peaking at 4.2K by the end of June. Weekly active users also showed an upward trend, from 42.6K to 48.2K in the same period.

Uber - Request a ride experienced a steadier pattern, with downloads hovering around the mid-400s to low-500s each week, and a slight rise in active users from 19.8K to 20.6K over the quarter.

BlaBlaCar: Carpooling and Bus downloads fluctuated between 239 and 381, while weekly active users saw a slight decline from 1.7K to 1.4K.

Uber - Driver: Drive & Deliver had its downloads range from 96 to 199 per week, with a modest increase in weekly active users from 540 to 580.

Cabify showed the least downloads among the apps, with numbers ranging from 39 to 108, and weekly active users varied between 330 and 486 throughout the quarter.
